UPDATED LOCATION Upcoming LAS Social Science Lecture June 28

After the jump, please see the announcement of the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences (LAS) Social Science Lecture. As you will see in the flyer that follows this note, the lecture is set for Wednesday, June 28, from 1 to 3 pm, in NEW LOCATION: Engineering II Room 2012  on Centennial Campus. This is also going to be streamed via WebEx. 

Please share broadly with your colleagues. This will be a remarkably informative discussion, and I encourage all interested faculty to attend.

DataRescue RTP Event: Preserving Online Government Data

Coming up at the National Humanities Center (in the Research Triangle Park) on June 10-11: DataRescue RTP. In brief: "DataRescue RTP aims to preserve online government data related to housing and education programs.
