These programs are those that limit the number of applications that the university can submit. USDA: AFRI Education and Workforce Development Professional Development for Secondary School Teachers and Educational Professionals (PD-STEP)

PD-STEP seeks to promote faculty expertise and encourage widespread implementation of educational innovation at the K-14 levels in the food and agricultural sciences. This includes projects that contain elements of the human sciences (e.g., disciplines that address issues challenging individuals, youth, families, and communities).

USDA: Rural Cooperative Development Grant

The Rural Cooperative Development Grant program helps improve the economic condition of rural areas by helping individuals and businesses start, expand or improve rural cooperatives and other mutually-owned businesses through Cooperative Development Centers.
