Colleagues, due to an oversight on my part, the following announcement about the National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Salary program for Summer 2022, which was distributed university-wide on May 25, was not flagged in the college research blog. The university will nominate two scholars, one of which may come from our college.
If you are interested in this opportunity please reply as directed below by July 16 or sooner. The NOI form is very simple and will take just a few minutes for faculty to fill in.
Summer Stipends
The Summer Stipends program provides $6,000 to support continuous full-time work on a humanities project for a period of performance of two consecutive months. NEH funds may support recipients’ compensation, travel, and other costs related to the proposed scholarly research.
