THE DATA SCIENCE INITIATIVE ANNOUNCES SPRING 2017 RED TALKS SPEAKER SERIES

The Data Science Initiative (DSI) is pleased to announce the second series of RED Talks - Where Data Meets Science. After a successful Fall 2016 lineup, our Spring 2017 series promises to again bring together the data science community at NC State around exciting talks from local and national leaders in data science.  DSI aims to raise awareness of the breadth and depth of data science across campus, as well as to continue to help foster an environment that spurs interdisciplinary collaboration. Immediately following each RED Talk, a networking event is held where faculty, students and staff can meet and engage with each other as well as with the broader data science community in the triangle and beyond.
