US Department of Agriculture: Outreach and Assistance for Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers and Veteran Farmers
This provides funding to organizations for training and technical assistance projects designed to assist socially disadvantaged and veteran farmers and ranchers in owning and operating viable agricultural enterprises. Organizations can extend the USDA's outreach efforts to connect with and assist farmers in these groups and to provide them with information on available USDA resources.
