NSF supports infrastructure-focused research projects grounded in behavioral and social science

This headline, taken directly from a National Science Foundation announcement, speaks to NSF's efforts to support social and behavioral science research "examining the interactions of people and society with physical and digital infrastructure." They go on to say that "The cross-disciplinary projects are led by social and behavioral scientists collaborating with researchers from a wide range of fields including engineering, computer science, education, biology, mathematics, physical sciences and geosciences. ... For more information and a complete list of awards, see Strengthening American Infrastructure (SAI)." This news may inspire faculty in our college to collaborate with colleagues in other disciplines to develop proposals for the NSF.
