  • Our Senior Vice Provost, Dr. Duane Larick, who reviewed progress of the Chancellor's Faculty Excellence Program.
  • Our Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Research, Dr. Jon Horowitz, who summarized results from NC State's first "GRIP" (game-changing research incentive programs) competition.
  • Drs. Fran Ligler, Jacob Jones, Fred Wright, and Glenn Kleiman, who each direct one of the four awarded GRIP grants and who summarized their goals and specific plans.
  • A member of NC State's new Research Leadership Academy, Dr. Gail Jones, who summarized next year's RLA plans to help YOU move your research forward.
  • The CEO of Argos Therapeutics, Mr. Jeffrey Abbey, who summarized how Argos launched their cancer-focused company.
